The Music Ministry of Clay Road Baptist Church exists to bring honor to God through the use of musical gifts and talents He has generously, and graciously, bestowed upon members of the body of Christ at CRBC. Serving weekly, members serving in the Music Ministry lead the congregation in corporate worship.

Service opportunities abound for people of all ages, children to adults:

Choir – The Choir of Clay Road Baptist Church leads weekly in the 10:45 a.m. every Sunday. The Choir sings regularly and provides seasonal specials as well. The Choir is open to High School youth and adults. Membership is open to all, musical experience is not required. Rehearsals are held each Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. in the Choir Room.

Orchestra – The Orchestra is open to students (8th grade and up) and adults who are proficient upon their individual instrument. The Orchestra plays weekly in the 10:45 a.m. worship service and accompanies the choir in musical presentations.

Praise Teams – The Praise Teams augment the musical leadership of the Choir and Orchestra each week. These auditioned teams serve in rotation and are open to High School students and adults.

Children’s Choir – The Children’s Choir meets during the school year and is open to children in grades K-5.

Additional music ministries serve as interested members are available and as ministry needs require. Additional ministries include handbells and drama.
